Group Training

Prefer to train in a small group? ONYX small group personal training programs provide you with the support of other participants and a certified personal trainer to help you improve your fitness in a fun, interactive setting. Ask your friend, family member or a co-worker to join you on your fitness journey.

Small group personal training offers our clients the flexibility and challenge of one-on-one training with the camaraderie of a group of friends. Groups can have a minimum of 2 workout partners (up to a maximum of 4). You are able to create the workout around your schedule, and it’s a great value.
